today’s post is about the diet for two things bodybuilding and just for getting a slim body
so lets start…..
diet for bodybuilding
follow the golden ratio 2:3:1:unlimited
protein=2gm for per kg bodyweight (1gm protein=4 calories )
carbs=3gm for per kg bodyweight (1gm carbs=4 calories)
fat=1gm for per kg bodyweight (1gm fat=9gm calories)
vegetables=unlimited
diet for just to get a slim body
follow the ratio 1:1.5or2:0.5 :unlimited
protein=1gm per kg bodyweight (1gm protein=4 calories )
carbs=1.5 or 2 gm per kg bodyweight.. (1gm carbs=4 calories)
.its all up to you how much you want
fat=0.5 gm per kg bodyweight (1gm fat=9gm calories)
vegetables=unlimited
sources for protein=spinach,green peas,milk,eggwhites,meat,fish,beef,tofu,grams,blackbeans,almonds
,cashews,whey protein etc and there are lots of sources you can search on google
sources for carbs=white rice brown rice peanut butter etc
sources for fat=peanut butter,vegetable oil,olive oil etc
so these were the main nutrients for getting your drean body
but other nutrients are also important
like=calcium(milk,banana) fibre(roti,vegies) potassium(banana) zinc(chyawanprash) and there are many more nutrients that we need but the upper three are main{protein carbs and fats}
i want to give you all one advice by me and vidyut jamwal{commando}
just stay vegan it will be good more than non vegetarian
